Apoyo Financiero is a company with more than 16 years of history in the United States, dedicated to serving the underbanked communities of California with fair, transparent and responsible financial products. We are driven by a clear mission: improve the lives of our clients, employees and communities, and we believe this is only possible with a motivated, valued and committed team.

Why work with us?

Our success depends on our people. At Apoyo Financiero:

  • We value and respect each collaborator as an individual.
  • We foster professional growth through continuous training and clear development paths.
  • 98% of our leadership opportunities are filled internally, demonstrating our commitment to internal talent.
  • We promote a work environment collaborative, healthy, innovative and fun.
  • We offer competitive benefits, stability and real growth opportunities.

As part of our focus on excellence, we operate in one of the most regulated financial and labor environments in the country — the state of California. This reinforces our commitment to:

  • transparent labor practices,
  • compliance with Wage and Hour,
  • clear time processes and continuous training for all staff.

We believe that compliance is not just an obligation, but a way to respect and protect those who are part of our work family.

In addition, we are a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), one of only 117 in California, certification that recognizes our dedication to responsibly serving the Hispanic and underbanked community with ethical and transparent lending practices. This approach reinforces our mission to be a trusted financial partner, built on integrity and social commitment.
